My New Filofax!


I just received my brand new Holborn A5 Filofax in Brown! I purchased it from Pens and Leather here in the U.S., they had it for 20 percent off and I was able to use an Internet coupon code for another 10 percent off of that! HAD to get it!

It came in the customary black Filofax box: 



So I pulled it carefully from its box to check for any possible problems, i.e. bad rings, blemished leather, etc. and whew! Nothing wrong! The leather feels every bit as nice as my Holborn personal zip in brown. Nice leather smell to it as well. 





So now I am in the process of setting it up and getting it together the way I need it to be to use it as a household project/master planner. Also to hold my 2013 Incredible Year planner by Leonie Dawson which I will be doing a separate post on at a later date.


 I still have quite a way to go with this as I just received it, but I will be doing another post once I have it set up. I will be jazzing up my dividers and also put my 2013 Incredible Year Planner leoniedawson.com/shop/  in it as well. 

 I am really excited to start using this to get my life more "on track". I will be using it as well as my Personal Holborn zip in Brown, that is my go everywhere planner. I really love zip planners, for me they are the best portable solution. 

 So after I get everything going I will do another post to update everyone. I also will be doing a post on my 2013 Incredible Year planner. Hope you enjoyed this. Leave any comments or suggestions below, thanks for viewing my post!

    Wonderful! I just purchased the one in the color Wine from P&L recently as well. Loving it so far. :)

      @Carla H. I LOVE mine. I will be doing a more in depth showing/post of my A5 and my personal. I think these are my true only Filofaxes as I keep coming back to them over and over! Thanks for reading my post and visiting! I read your posts all the time, I love looking at everyone's set up! :)

    Apart from one, I have purchased all of my Filofax from P & L. I find their prices very reasonable and their delivery great. Last one I bought was the Cuban Zip.

      The Cuban zips are lovely binders as well. To me, the leather is much stiffer than the Holborn's, that's why I purchased the Holborn because the leather seems much softer, more pliable. Thanks for the comment and reading my post/dropping by! :)

    These are brilliant binders & I've also got one in the wine colour.
    And I also have my Incredible year planner in mine :)
